Qatar tenders for lNG storage at North Field expansion project

Dubai-State-run Qatar Petroleum issued a tender Tuesday for LNG storage and loading facilities at its North Field expansion project. The tender is for an EPC contractor for three LNG storage tanks; compressors to recover tank boil-off gas during storage and jetty boil- off gas during LNG vessel loading; rundown lines from the LNG trains to storage; two additional LNG berths with an option for a third; and loading and return pipelines from the berths to the tanks.
