摘要

Lagos-Nigeria’s crude and condensate production has risen by 200,000 b/d since the start of the year to 2.3 million b/d, suggesting that Africa’s biggest producer is currently pumping well ahead of its commitments under the OPEC-led production cut deal. Citing Nigerian National Petroleum Corp’s managing director, Maikanti Baru, the state-owned producer said Wednesday that oil output growth since January has been supported by relative peace in the Niger Delta, the reduction in production costs to $22/b from $27/b, as well as NNPC’s focus on growing condensate flows.
