China awards 23.79 million mt of oil product export quotas in second batch

Singapore-China’s Ministry of Commerce has allocated 23.79 million mt of oil product export quotas to five state-owned oil companies under the general trade category in the long-awaited second batch for 2019. The latest quotas bring total oil product export quotas, allocated under both the processing and general trade categories, to 45.29 million mt so far this year, up 5.3% from 43 million mt in the same period last year.
