Shell lifts force majeure on Bonny light crude exports

Lagos-Shell Petroleum Development Co. of Nigeria (SPDC) has lifted its force majeure on loadings of the country’s main export grade, Bonny Light, following the restart of one of the main export pipelines that was ruptured last month, the company said. Shell declared force majeure on exports of the grade on April 29, following the closure of the Nembe Crude Trunk Line (NCTL) after a fire outbreak.
