Singapore-Indonesia’s imports of oil products in March fell to the lowest level in more than three years, defying market expectations the region’s key importer would build inventory ahead of its presidential election in mid-April. The country imported 1.833 million mt of oil products in the month, detailed figures from Statistics Indonesia showed, the smallest since January 2016, when it shipped in around 1.841 million mt.
