Buenos Aires-Argentina’s oil production rose 2% in October on the year and natural gas shot up 7%, led by rising output from the Vaca Muerta shale play, according to data from the Energy Secretariat. Oil production averaged 498,000 b/d in October, which was down 0.1% from an undisclosed amount in September, the department said.
