摘要

Tripoli-Libya could see its crude oil production jump significantly in August, with state-owned National Oil Corp. loading crude oil from its Zawiya oil terminal, just weeks after declaring force majeure, sources in Libya said. NOC declared force majeure on crude oil exports from Zawiya in western Libya on July 16 following the recent attack and kidnapping at Sharara, the country's biggest oil field. The MT Astro Sculptor arrived Saturday to load 720,000 barrels of Sharara crude for OMV, the sources said. The 105,000 dwt vessel is currently sailing north towards Malta, having left Zawiya Sunday, according to S&P Global Platts trade flow software cFlow.
