Washington-US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet July 16 in Helsinki for one-on-one talks designed to ease tensions between the two countries. While analysts see Ukraine, Syria and the Iran nuclear deal as likely topics, they are not ruling out the possibility US energy-sector sanctions or Russian oil production will be part of the discussion. Neither the White House nor the Kremlin has released a concrete agenda for the meeting, but Trump on Thursday said he plans to raise the topics of Syria, Ukraine, arms control and allegations of Russian meddling in US elections.
