Permian refiner Delek uS aims to get ‘closer to the wellhead’

New York-Delek US is looking to expand its Permian crude gathering system as it looks to get “closer to the wellhead” to supply and control the quality of crude to its four southern US refineries, CEO Uzi Amin said Wednesday. Permian crude already accounts for about 70% of Delek’s total crude slate, the company said on its second quarter earnings call.
