Saudi Arabia eyes Russian oil for refining growth

Moscow-Saudi Arabia will use Russian oil in the future to help feed its global refinery expansion in a sign of growing collaboration between the two major producers, the kingdom's energy minister Khalid al-Falih said Monday.
