Houston—The legislative assembly in Canada’s Alberta province passed late Wednesday a bill allowing the provincial government to control the flow of crude oil, gasoline and diesel on the major Trans Mountain export pipeline to British Columbia on its west coast, Premier Rachel Notley said.
