Bayou Bridge loses attempt to restart construction

Washington-A third-quarter startup of the Bayou Bridge crude pipeline is now in doubt but not out of the question, according to an analyst, after the company lost a court motion seeking to resume construction through Louisi- ana’s Atchafalaya Basin. Analyst Ethan Bellamy of RW Baird said the project could be delayed even further if the court decides to order a new environmental review.
