New York-The ICE Brent/WTI spread fell 69 cents to $3.16/b Thursday afternoon, its narrowest level since August, under pressure from continued declines in Cushing, Oklahoma, inventories, stronger US equities, and a weaker dollar. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was lower early Thursday, but flipped into positive territory and climbed steadily into the afternoon, hitting a session high around the time of the NYMEX settle.
