Moscow-Russia's national oil pipeline operator Transneft is seeking to increase transit shipments of crude from Kazakhstan's giant Kashagan field via its terminal at the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk, in a move that could support further a recent upward trend of Russian Siberian Light blend exports.
