China woos African, Latin American oil buyers

Singapore-Hit by the twin woes of tepid domestic demand and a saturated Asian market, Chinese exporters of refined oil products are stepping up efforts to woo buyers in African and Latin American markets to cut bulging stocks of gasoline and gasoil.
