Russian state-owned oil company Rosneft has agreed to buy a 25.94% stake in Verkhnechonskneftegaz,an exploration company majority-owned by Anglo-Russian TNK-BP,from the financial services company Interros,Interros said Oct 20.The deal will be concluded after Rosneft completes all the necessary corporate procedures,the company said.No financial details of the transaction were revealed.
