London—Crude oil futures were mixed in late European trade on Nov. 27 after news OPEC+’s JMMC was set to hold informal talks at the weekend amid overall demand concerns from the battle to curb COVID-19 cases. Although paring some of their initial strength, crude prices remain on course for a fourth straight week of gains ahead of the OPEC+ meeting. At 1725 GMT, February ICE Brent crude futures were up 84 cents/b at $48.18/b, while the Feb NYMEX light sweet crude contract was down 30 cents/b at $45.61/b.
