摘要

London-Ithaca Energy, owned by Israel's Delek Group, has agreed to a preliminary deal to sell part of its North Sea infrastructure to an unnamed global investment company, following its $2 billion purchase of Chevron's North Sea business. In a statement, Delek said Ithaca had signed a non-binding letter of intent to create a new infrastructure company that would own the Stella floating production facility and the formerly Chevron-owned Captain Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel. The buyer would own 60% of the company, with Ithaca keeping 40%. The proposed deal is with “a global investment company on behalf of its own account and on behalf of the funds it manages,” Delek said.
