Enterprise portion of large Wink-to-Webster Pipeline system comes online from Permian

Houston-The Enterprise Products Partners portion of the massive Wink-to-Webster Pipeline system has come online from the Permian Basin to move crude oil volumes to refining and export hubs near Houston. Enterprise's newly completed, 450,000 b/d Midland-to-ECHO 3 pipeline will tie into the larger, ExxonMobil-operated Wink-to-Webster system that will transport up to 1.5 million b/d when it's completed by mid-2021. The big pipeline system is expected to be the last, major crude long-haul pipeline system built from the Permian for a few years now that pipeline capacity has far exceeded muted production volumes during the coronavirus pandemic.
