Moscow—OPEC and its allies have not made any decisions about rolling over their 9.7 million b/d cuts beyond July, which are still scheduled to be scaled back next month, Russian energy minister Alexander Novak said. “Currently, there are no decisions on preparing any changes,” Novak said during a July 2 webinar. “We are implementing an agreement under which we have extended May-June cuts for just one month. Starting from August, we should already have a partial restoration of that unprecedented volume of cuts.”
