Singapore-Singapore's commercial onshore residue stocks jumped to a six-week high in the week ended Sept.30,with sources citing a narrowing spread between low-sulfur marine gasoil and low-sulfur bunker fuel lifting demand for the former.Stocks rose 1.8% on the week to 24.047 million barrels,or 3.79 million mt,Enterprise Singapore data showed Oct.1.As of Sept.30,stocks were at their highest since Aug.19,when they stood at 25.485 million barrels.
