Penserans—Pengerarig Terminals (Two) Sdii Bhd (PT2SB), a joint venture of Petronas, Dialog, Royal Vopak and the State of Jo-hor, has signed a $1.25-billion financing agreement with a syndicate of nine international banks to help fund an industrial terminal being built in Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia (PCN, 5 Jan 2015, p 3).
