Ineos Resumes Operations of Forties PL

London- Ineos has confirmed that its Forties Pipeline (PL) System is now fully operational, following a declaration of force majeure on 13 Dec. 2017 (PCN, 18-25 Dec 2017, p 4). On 11 Dec. 2017, Ineos performed a controlled shutdown of the PL system after discovering a small hairline crack in the pipeline during a routine inspection.
