TPC Groups Receives TCEQ Air Permit For Restart of Dehydrogenation Unit

Houston-TPC Group has received the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) air permit for the planned refurbishment, upgrade to air emission controls, and restart of one of its two idle dehydrogenation units in Houston (PCN, 14 Feb 2011, p 4). The company said it has completed the primary engineering phase on the project and has received board approval to proceed with the next phase of engineering. This phase is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
