(GBL) said that its subsidiaries, Green Biologies Inc. and Central Minnesota Renewables, have begun an orderly closure of operations at the renewable butanol and acetone facility in Little Falls, Minn., and a wind-down of those corporations, for and subject to any actions by their creditors (PCN, 20 Feb 2017, p 4).
