Satorp JV Awards Contract to KBR For Refinery Expansion in Jubail

Jubail-Saudi Aramco Total Refinery and Petrochemical (Satorp), a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Total, has awarded a contract to KBR to debottleneck Train 2 of its existing 440,000-b/d refinery in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The project, planned for completion in August 2020, is expected to increase the refinery's throughput by 15%. Value of the contract was not given.
