Pasadena- Chevron U.S.A. has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Petrobras America to acquire all outstanding shares and equity interests in Pasadena Refining System Inc. (PSRI), an independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products, including petrochemical feedstocks.
