Brunei Bay- Hengyi Petrochemical has begun trial operations at its new refinery and petrochemical complex at Palau Muara Besar in Brunei, Reuters reported citing the company. The project includes a 160,000-b/d crude oil refinery, a 1-nullion-t/y aromatics facility and a 500,000-t/y benzene unit (PCN, 12 June 2017, p 3).
