Trinseo Buying Dow's Latex Binder Assets

Berwvn-Trinseo has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dow Chemical's latex production facilities and related infrastructure in Germany. The transaction includes full ownership and operational control of both latex production plants at Rheinmunster, as well as site infrastructure and services contracts, and around 114 employees.
