Ineos Gets EC Nod to Acquire Ashland's Composites Division & Marl BDO Plant

Brussels- Ineos has received clearance from the European Commission (EC), under the European Union Merger Regulation, to purchase Ashland Global Holdings' entire composites business, as well as a butanediol (BDO) manufacturing unit in Marl, Germany (PCN, 19-26 Nov 2018, p 1).
