KIPIC Awards Contract to McDermott For PC Refinery Integration Project

Kuwait City-Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Co. (KIPIC), a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corp., has awarded a technology contract to McDermott for its Petrochemical Refinery Integration Project (PRIZe) in Kuwait. Under the contract, McDermott will supply the basic engineering, technology license and catalyst for an integrated Low Pressure Recovery and Olefins Conversion Technology unit in Al Zour.
