Agilyx, Ineos & Trinseo Advance Project To Build PS Chemical Recycling Plant

Brussels- Agilyx and Styrenics Circular Solutions' (SCS) members Ineos Styrolution and Trinseo announced plans for a "first-of-a-kind" commercial-scale polystyrene (PS) chemical recycling plant in Europe (PCN, 17 June 2019, p 4). Agilyx and SCS recently concluded an evaluation study in which it achieved "promising" results from the depoly-merization of various post-consumer PS waste samples.
