Rotterdam-IMCD NV,a distributor of specialty chemicals,said it has completed the purchase of 100% of the outstanding shares of India-based Monachem Additives and Addpol Chemspe-cialties(together called Monachem Additives).Headquartered in Vadodara,Monachem Additives supplies and sells a comprehensive range of specialty chemicals products,in particular for the plastics industry.Value of the transaction was not disclosed.
