KNM and ADAP Capital to Establish JV For Oil. Gas & PC Projects in Sarawak

Sarawak- KNM Process Systems and ADAP Capital have entered into an agreement to set up a joint venture company to undertake oil, gas and petrochemical projects in Sarawak, Malaysia. Under the agreement, KNW would hold a 51% stake in the new company, while ADAP would hold the remaining 49% interest. The agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of execution and may be extended for another period, subject to written approval by both parties.
