Inter Pipeline Inks Deal with CLH to Sell Most of Its European Storage Business

Calgary— Inter Pipeline has entered into a definitive agreement to divest a majority of its European bulk liquid storage business to CLH Group, a European bulk liquid product logistics company, for approximately $715-million. The sale includes all of Inter Pipeline's bulk liquid storage and handling assets in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany, which includes 15 storage terminals and about 18-million bbls of storage capacity.
