Beiiins-Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical has achieved on-spec production of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) at its expansion project in Quanzhou, China, Argus Media reported. The HDPE plant, the "first" derivative unit to start operations under the expansion project, has a nameplate capacity of 400,000-t/y.
