DECCAN Education Society's Technical Institute, established in 1937, conducts post Xllth, 6 semesters(3 years)Diploma Course in Surface Coating Technology.The students find employment in Paint Manufacturing as well as Paint Application industry, i.e.Automobile, Engineering industries.The Surface Coating is a growing industry and with the so many multinational OEM companies(MNC)in white good & Global automobile giants entering into Indian market along with growing urbanization there has been an increasing demand for qualified Surface Coating Technologists.We find it difficult to meet the increasing demand from the industry.
