PIRG urges L'Oreal to bin 'cancer-causing' chemicals

US Campaigners descended on L'Oreal USA's headquarters in New York on 11 May to deliver a petition asking the cosmetics giant to eliminate the use of 'toxic chemicals' and disclose its fragrance chemicals. Representatives from U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG), Campaign for Safe Cosmetics and Safer Chemicals Healthy Families visited L'Oreal's offices to make the delivery.
