Henkel to acquire hair care brand DevaCurl

GERMANY Henkel has signed an,agreement to acquire professional hair care brand DevaCurl.The brand specialises in products for curly and wavy hair,and sells a range of vegan and'free-from'skus including cleansers,conditioners and styling products.This year DevaCurl is forecast to generate sales of around US$100m.Henkel CEO Hans Van Bylen said:"This acquisition is part of our strategy to expand our position in attractive and fast-growing markets and categories.
