Coty eyes majority stake in Kylie Cosmetics

US Beauty giant Coty is rumoured to be in talks with Kylie Jenner to buy a majority stake in her colour brand,Kylie Cosmetics.According to WWD,negotiations between the two sides are continuing for Coty to purchase a stake in the brand for US$600m.The global beauty group,whose brands include Marc Jacobs fragrances,Sally Hansen,OPI,Max Factor and Lancaster,is looking to take a 51% stake in the company,with Jenner holding on to the remaining 49%.
