Austrian steelmaker Voestalpinerestarted its hot-briquetted iron plant inCorpus Christi, Texas, Thursday followinga planned shutdown two weeks ago as aprecaution because of Hurricane Harvey, thecompany said Friday.The plant was running at full capacityagain after suffering minor damage during thehurricane. Buildings and infrastructure werenot affected and all the plant's key elementsremain largely intact.
