Venezuelan hot-briquetted ironproducers are still on strike as a result ofwage negotiations between unions and thegovernment, sources said Monday.Since the beginning of October, the markethas been brought almost to a standstill asa result of a supply shortage aggravatedby a month-long workers' strike across thecountry's main industrial sectors, including allproducers of HBI, iron ore and steel.
