The Eurasian Economic Commission(EEC) has extended the anti-dumping duties onimports of graphite electrodes from India untilSeptember 2023, the ECC has said.The EEC is the regulatory authority of thecustoms union between Russia, Kazakhstan,Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
