A chartering sourcewith a mining company felt that the marketwould be subdued, and it was likely for ratesto fall further. The source indicated thatplenty of fixtures have been concluded thisweek, but rates have been subdued. Shouldcargo volumes diminish next week, thiswould further pressure down freight rates,he added.
