New Century inks first deals for Century zinc concentrates

New Century Resources has executedthe first long-term offtake agreements for zincconcentrate produced from its Century zinc minewith Mercuria Energy Trading and TransamineTrading, the Australian miner said Wednesday.The offtake agreements "have beencompetitively negotiated, with terms reflectingthe strong zinc market fundamentals andcurrent scarcity in supply of large-tonnagezinc concentrate offtake available around theworld," the company said in a statement.
