Ukraine's January-June ferroalloy exports fall about 17% on year

Kyiv—Ukraine’s exports of ferroalloy declined 16.6% on the year to 382,740 mt in January-June, the state statistics service reported Sept. 1. Revenues from exports of the commodity dropped to $406.7 million from $505.3 million seen in January-June 2019, the statistics service said. Over January through June, Ukraine exported 77,440 mt of ferroalloy to the Netherlands, 64,220 mt to Turkey, 61,050 mt to Italy, 24,770 mt to Poland, 17,940 to Egypt, 13,620 mt to Spain, 12,180 mt to Oman and 10,160 mt to Romania.
