China's Shanxi Coking Coal increases domestic prices for Q4

Singapore—China’s Shanxi Coking Coal Group has increased some of its coking coal prices for the fourth quarter of 2020 from Q3, a company source told S&P Global Platts Sept. 30. "Some of the Q4 long term prices have been adjusted upwards to reflect improved end-user demand for domestic materials, including premium hard coking coal with sulfur content below 1.3%, as well as high sulfur [above 1.3%] hard coking coal, fat coal, 1/3 coking and lean coal," the source said.
