Sao Paulo—The Brazilian merchant pig iron export values were stable this week, with uncertainty hovering the market about the coronavirus outbreak and possible effects, sources said. S&P Global Platts assessed the weekly Brazilian export pig iron price Friday at $317.50/mt FOB southeastern ports. Tradable values were still reported in a $315-$320/mt FOB range.
