"Demand is recovering for both Asia and Europe. We are not in a rush to sell," said an Asian trader. Oxide powder sales were again reported in Tianjin at $9.05/lb for November release, and while Asian traders generally struggled to find buyers for offers at $9.10/lb in Tianjin and Busan, one sale was also reported at $9.15/lb in the Chinese location, for November release.
