At the same time, steel operations are facing restrictions and personnel shortages, and raw materials supply is being reviewed further with lower steel output planned. A tender through 2020 from a Brazil steel mill, with US low-vol and US mid-vol sought and second-tier index linked pricing indicated, generated some interest.
